Q: What is the fee structure for screened Caregivers or CNAs through Finding Homecare LLC?

A: There is a one-time fee per vetted caregiver/CNA, varying depending on your loved one's needs. Payment is made via Zelle, Venmo Or Stripe upon hiring the caregiver, with a 50% non-refundable retainer upon signing.

Q: What does Finding Homecare LLC's service entail?

A: We are a matchmaker service connecting caregivers/health professionals to families, and agencies. We do not participate in hiring or onboarding caregivers. We are not liable for caregiver actions or job outcomes.

Q: What if a hired caregiver doesn't work out?

A: There is a 3 month guarantee of which you will be able to receive a replacement caregiver should the initial caregiver does not workout for whatever reason. Afterward, a new caregiver will incur a $1,00 fee.

Q: How many caregivers will I be presented with?

A: Typically, we provide 1-3 potential hires.

Q: Who handles payments and payroll for caregivers?

A: Payment is directly managed by the family, agency, hospice, or facility. Payroll-related questions should be directed to your CPA or accounting service.

Q: Can I contact Finding Homecare LLC after hiring a caregiver?

A: Absolutely! We're here for ongoing support, including customer service and replacements within the guaranteed time frame. However, please note that we are not responsible for employing the caregiver directly.
