Finding Homecare LLC is a placement service for caregivers, families and agencies and RCFE, which none of whom are employees of Finding Homecare LLC.

There is one time fee per vetted cargivers / cna depending on the aliment or situation of your loved one. Paid via zelle or Venmo the day the caregiver is hired. My retainer is 50% down upon signing this waiver, it’s non refundable . That will allow you access to me regards questions of my vetting process and anything else within my scope of business.

Finding Homecare does not participate in the hiring or onboarding of the CNA/ Caregiver.

Finding Homecare LLC is not responsible for the actions of the caregivers hired, for example if they don’t show up, or don’t do as well as a job as expected or if someone gets hurt Finding Homecare LLC is released from liability.

Finding Homecare LLC is a matchmaker service for caregivers, families and agencies, RCFE,none of whom are employees of Finding Homecare LLC.

For Caregiver:
You are paid directly from either the family, RCFE, agency , hospice or facility not Finding Homecare LLC

Finding Homecare LLC is not responsible for accidents or any incidents that happen on the job. And is not responsible for non payment of the family, agency, hospice or RCFE

What if the caregiver does not work out after she/he has been working for their first shift, and will I get a refund?
Yes, for the first 2 days if a caregiver doesn’t work out you will either get a refund or I will replace the caregiver . After that time frame a new caregiver will be a $500 fee.

I am on the clock once you have signed the Release of liability and Letter of Agreement?
These documents authorize me to search for your caregiver.  This search can consist of multiple hours up to days to find the most qualified caregiver. The short answer is NO, there are not refunds once the search has begun.

Please understand once you’ve hired me I will not work if there is any competition; meaning you are shopping around Via other agencies or websites. My time is precious and this is my specialty matching qualified caregivers to your loved ones needs .

How many caregivers will you send me ?
There will be between 1 – 3 caregivers as a potential hire.

Any questions related to payments or payroll for your caregivers, needs to be directed back to your CPA or accounting services to properly manage.
Example: Should I put my caregiver on payroll or pay them cash?

** Caution to cash payors. There could be a potential future risk associated with paying caregivers cash later that could result in a judgment from EDD (Employment Development Department  www.edd.ca.gov.com)

FYI: Home Agencies fees are between 25.00 to 45.00per hour ongoing for the families. Most caregivers working at a home agency are NOT paid this amount per hour because of the overhead fees associated. Most caregivers are paid between 15.00 to 18.00 dollars per hour depending on the service. This can result in significant turnover for the families.

• Caregivers that are working as 1099 or W2 directly placed by Finding Home Care are paid by the family directly ongoing.
• Can I call you during the day if I have questions about my caregiver once I have hired them?
  NO, once the caregiver is hired Finding Home Care service is fulfilled and completed.  There is no longer, and engagement needed for the family and caregiver.

If you need additional support via caregiver /CNA it will be 150.00 per hour
